I’m here in park slope for a limited time. I’ve been to La Bagel Delight twice now. Each time line is longish but moves quick. I have gotten everything bagel w sun-dried tomato cream cheese and sesame bagel with olive pimento cream cheese. SO SO GOOD! also a good iced coffee. Seating is available and fun to watch the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend!

I placed an order for pickup through Uber Eats because the app notified me that my order was ready I went in to pick it up. When I arrived, I found out that my order hadn't even been started. The restaurant was very busy, and no one acknowledged me or offered any assistance. After waiting for several minutes, one employee finally told me they hadn't started my order. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, he simply told me to cancel it if I didn't want to wait. When I asked him to cancel it, he told me to do it through the app—even though I couldn't, because Uber Eats was already showing my order as "ready." What made the experience even worse was his attitude. He mentioned that he'd been in business for 40 years, but customer service clearly wasn't a priority. Rather than addressing the issue with my order, he continued taking new orders while leaving me standing there. Another employee even jumped in and basically told me that I just had to wait, without offering any solution or apology. The most disappointing part was how differently I was treated. Friendly staff, plenty of great options, and the best bacon, egg, and cheese in NYC. If you’re in Park Slope, you can’t go wrong with a BEC at La Bagel.

These are the bagels everyone misses from NYC. Fresh, crispy and soft with any ingredient you could wish for. They also have gluten free bagels that are tasty and that's not an easy find for gluten free anything to taste like normal. The service is always friendly and fast. All you need is a ziplock bag if taking these on the plane. Truly delicious and reheats well.

202405 Recommended by my Brooklyn-raised friend and I’ll owe my thanks to him. The bagel: proper bagel delight! Perfectly rolled and boiled and baked and toasted. Best Pumpernickel Everything I’ve had— the everything mix isn’t too overpowering and salty and onion-ly, and it actually goes well with pumpernickel, which I usually eat plain because it already has rye and caraway seed aroma. And look at the gorgeous texture!! The filling: Lovely tofu spread. Generous enough but not too thick. There are many other choices. The grill also looks amazing. The place: Wooden interior. Efficient staff. Clean restroom. I packed two bagels and after tasting another pair for my transatlantic flight :3
